Pan roasted rump of English lamb served with a rosemary and red wine jus
Corn fed chicken breast stuffed with sun blushed tomatoes and mozzarella wrapped in Parma ham served with a white wine cream sauce
Pan fried margay duck breast served with an orange and cinnamon jus
Lightly seared sea bass fillet served on a bed of crushed new potatoes and topped with a light mixed herb oil dressing
